Srivaikundam : The Sri Vaikundanathar Temple embodies Lord Vishnu’s Bhogyabagavathar or his eagerness to experience the sincere devotion of his bhaktas. Remarkable feature of this temple is that twice a year Surya Bhagwan offers worship to Sri Vaikundnathar. His rays travel through all the mandapams and reach Lord’s Deity. Srivaikundam is said to be associated with Suryan in the navagraha planetary position.

Natham :  Temple of Sri Vijayasanar embodying Lord Vishnu’s Supreme lover for His devotees is regarded as the gateway to Moksha or Haven. Because Lord Vishnu is seated on a throne in a victorious Pose he is called as Vijayasanar. Natham is said to be associated with Chandran in the navagraha planetary position.

Thirupuliangudi :  It is 3 kms from Srivaikuntam. Sri Bhoomipalakan Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and the Lord is in Sayanam Posture [lying down], on Adiseshan with Bhoo Devi and Sri Devi at his feet and Lord Brahma on a lotus with stem from Naabi kamalam. Thirupulangudi is said to be associated with Budhan in the navagraha planetary position.

Erattai Thirupathi : Tholai villi Managalam : It is 3 kms from Srivaikundam. Since Thulam [balance/Tharasu] Vil [bow] both relieved from sins reached Pramapadham, this place was called "Thulam Vil Mangalam" and as the years passed it got corrupted to "Tholai villi Mangalam".

1.This Sri Devapiran temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu also called as Sri Srinivasan is on the Southern side of the Twin Temple. Perumal is in Nindra Thirukolam(Standing Posture). This temple is said to be associated with Raghu in the navagraha planetary position.

2.Aravinda Lochanar Temple : The Lord is also called as Sri Senthamarai Kannan meaning lord with eyes of a Lotus blesses the devotees in Sitting posture. This temple is said to be associated with Kethu in the navagraha planetary position.

Perungulam : Lord Vishnu is called as Venkatavaanan, Sreenivasan and also as Mayakoothan and this temple represents his power to perform miracles. This temple is associated with Saneeswaran in navagraha planetary position.

Then Thiruperai : This Makara Nedunkuzhai Kannan Temple located here is one of the Nava Tirupathi. This temple is said to be associated with Sukran in the navagraha planetary position.

Thirukolur :  Sri Vaithamanidhi Perumal Temple is 2 kms from Alwar Thirunagar. This is the last of the nine temples and Lord here provides refuge to his devotees as abathsagayan. Thirukolur is said to be associated with Sevvai[angaragan] in the navagraha planetary position. This is the birth place of Madurakavi Azhwar. Annual festival is celebrated in the month of September for ten days.
